News and results 200521th December 2005  20th December 2005 Here is a picture of Adamant´s Wind Of Change Arvo. Arvo had his 1-year birthday on 17.12.2005. Tho photo is taken in Nordic Winner 2005 show.
18th December 2005 We had a very good day yesterday and today it continued. The judge for Englishspringers were Kari Granaas Hansen, Norway. Adamant´s Wind Of Change Arvo got excellent and won juniorclass. He was awarted Nordic JuniorWinner 2005-title!!!! Benton One More Duck Usko was BM, got cacib, was awarted Nordic Winner 2005-title and was BOB. The judge was Arja Koskelo, Finland. In group 8 Usko was placed fourth. The groupjudge was Svend Lovenkjaer, Denmark. Usko was the best finnish gundog in both shows!!! The other placements went to Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Now is good time to end the showyear 2005 and relax. Some new plans for next year. You hear more about them 2006. 17th December 2005 This weekend we have here in Finland two the biggest oneday dogshows in the world (Winner and Nordic Winner). On saturday I was with Adamant´s Wind Of Change Arvo ja Benton One More Duck Usko in Finnish Winner 2005-show. Arvo got very good.The judge was Arja Koskelo, Finland. Usko was in a show mood and the result was like that. Usko was BOB, got cacib and title FinW-05. The judge was Svend Lovenkjaer, Denmark. The FCI group was very very hard and finally Usko ended up to be the third. The group judge was Henric Fryckstrand, Sweden. What a day! Today Usko got the first prize of show wss of the year. Here are pictures of Usko in Winner Show. 14th December 2005 Yesterday I got by post a finnish dog magazine called ShowRingNews. There was an article about ten best showdogs of this year. Here is what was said about Benton One More Duck Usko: 10th place: The Welsh Springer Spaniel Benton One More Duck pretty much dominated the FCI group 8 this year. He had a nice summer BIS from allrounder judge Paavo Mattila in Ristiina, but besides that he took a lot of group wins and many BIS placings. Usko seems to always be on good mood and he carries himself with pride and moves with an easiness that is a pleasure to see. He is handled by either the happy owner Hannele Pakkala or the breeder, Marjo Jaakkola. Usko ended up at number 10, a very nice accomplishment from a young dog. 11th December 2005 I travelled to Stockholm with Benton One More Usko to enter Winner 2005-show. Usko was BM-3 and got CC. Usko is now also Swedish showchampion. The judge was Paul Stanton, Sweden. I´m so happy about my little boy. 09th December 2005 Today we had really nice day; little frost and sun was shining. Here are some photos of our springerteam. 8th December 2005 Benton More Duck Usko has won this year´s competition of the top chow wss. No-one can beat him althougt there´s one show to go. The trophy will be given in Winner-show in Helsinki.
06th December 2005 Finally we can update our pages ourselves. Of course there´s a lot to learn about this world but be patient. Benton One More Duck Usko is Norwegian showchampion too. Champion title was confirmed in november. 22.10.-23.10.2005 I entered with Usko and Arvo to two all breed shows in Seinäjoki. Adamant´s Wind Of Change Arvo got on saturday very good and on sunday good. The judges were Kirsti Louhi (saturday) and Tiina Illukka (sunday), both from Finland. Usko had a good weekend. On saturday Usko was BOB and BIG-2. The breed judge was Kirsi Louhi, Finland and the group judge was Alex Krasilinikoff, Denmark. On sunday Usko was BOB again with excellent critique. The judge was Rainer Vuorinen, Finland. Finally Usko was BIG-2 and the group judge was Soile Bister, Finland. These shows were very important to Usko. Usko got some points to The Showdog competition organised by The Kennel Club of Finland. The final placement was 10th!!! Usko made again breed history. He was the youngest group winner in International dog show ( 9 months and 3 days), he has 39 cc from Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark and now the highest placement in the showdog competition. What a dog and still so young. Benton Kings Cross Pietu is father for the third time. This time puppies 5 male and 1 bitch were born in Tallin to Helle and Uno Vaino, kennel Cheddarhill in 25.11.2005. If you are intested in, please contact Helle Vaino. The mother is Int & Est & Rus & LV Ch, Nevsky Winner 2003 Dimmös Bessie Smith. Last week we saw how powerful nature can be. The electricity were away for 27 hours and we didn´t had any water. We had snow almoust 40 cm and the trees were snapping under the heavy snow. Here is some pictures how it looked after the storm
15th October 2005 On Saturday I was with my four dogs in the annual main show of Spaniels in Hyvinkää. Arvo (Adamant´s Wind Of Change) got very good. Voitto (Hightide´s Midnight Storm) got excellent and won working class. Pietu (Benton Kings Cross) was shown in working class and was second with excellent.
2nd October 2005 Today I entered to Oulu International Dog Show with Usko (Benton One More Duck) and Pietu (Benton Kings Cross). Usko was BD-2 and got reserve-cacib. Pietu got excellent but didn't placed in the hard champion class. The judge was Markku Santamäki, Finland. Arvo (Adamant´s Wind Of Change) travelled to Oulu with the breeder Tarja Hovila (www.adamants.com). He was shown in junior class for the second time and placed second with excellent. Arvo didn'´t placed in best male competetion but got reserve-cc. The judge was Marjo Jaakkola, Finland.
17.-18th September 2005 On saturday I travelled To Äetsä to enter the group show with Arvo (Adamant´s Wind Of Change) and Usko (Benton One More Duck). Judge was Rita Kadike-Skadina, Latvia. Arvo was BOB-puppy and Usko BOB. Usko became Finnish and Norwegian champion and was finally BIS-1 under Paavo Mattila, Finland.
